1.How much does shipping cost?
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all order. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost.
2. Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Orders are mostly shipped via SF Express. Please make sure your addresses are CONFIRMED before submitting your final order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
3. When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery in Hong Kong.
Orders overseas vary in time due to customs and other conditions beyond our control.
4. What is your return policy?
Sorry we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. If you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, please contact us and our staff will be more than willing to assist you.
5. Can I order other items that are not offered on the website?
We are only offering a select group of items through the website at this time. We do add new items often so keep checking back.
6. Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

8. Price and Payment
The price of the goods shall be as quoted from time to time on our Website (except in the caseof an obvious error on the Website). While we do take protective measures to ensure that allprices quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we have discovered an error inthe price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provideyou the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unableto contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and you will receive a full refund if youhave paid for the goods.
We are under no obligation to sell the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price (regardless ofwhether we have sent you a Delivery Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious andunmistakable and could have been reasonably detected by you when placing the order.
All prices displayed on our Website are exclusive of delivery charges. Please refer to thedelivery charges guide for the corresponding delivery charges, which will also be included inthe payable sum.
Prices may change from time to time. However (unless otherwise stipulated above), suchchange will not affect any order of which the Delivery Confirmation has been sent.
