1. Sorry, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase. If you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, please contact us and our staff will be more than willing to assist you.

2. Special Return & Exchange Policy for Sneakers

For sneaker or footwear products, we accept exchange for a different size at our store with 7 days from the date of receipt.
(This policy does not apply to clothing, accessories, limited edition products, and discounted products.)

Please ensure that the exchanged product is under the following conditions:

(a) Keep the original packing box/bag that was delivered to you, and make sure that the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

(b) The product must be unused and in its original condition when it was sold, along with all parts and accessories provided with the product, including the receipt, shoebox, and Second Kill tag.

(c) The return and exchange policy does not apply to products that have been laundered, worn, used, modified, or damaged by human error.

Please not that returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

- No purchase receipt or Second Kill tag has been cut off.

- The product has been worn, laundered, or soiled.
